What Would Dolly Do Day – September 25, 2026! SSS will kick off the day with a Dolly song and a little “Dollyism” during Morning Meeting, setting the tone for a day filled with kindness, positivity, and fun! Throughout the day, we’ll celebrate acts of kindness as students are encouraged to write words of kindness about themselves on a colorful patch that will become part of their grade-level “Coat of Many Colors.” Students and staff are also invited to dress up like Dolly or their favorite country music singer—think big hair, boots, rhinestones, denim, and plenty of country flair! Costumes should be school-appropriate. Most importantly, we’ll spend the day asking ourselves, “What Would Dolly Do?” and looking for opportunities to choose kindness, encourage others, make someone smile, and spread a little joy wherever we go.
